The Mister Sisters Present: A Variety Telethon to Benefit Toys for Boys and Other Real People With Wishes & Dreams

The Mister Sisters are a sister-act of singing silliness, who want to give this holiday season. Trixie and Kitty Mister fancy themselves lounge singers and what happens when you join this kind of talent with a questionable drive to raise money for a cause? Yes. A telethon. Not just any telethon. A telethon to raise money and toys. No. Not for tots. For boys (because their dad was a boy and they love their dad) and other real people with wishes and dreams. They are still doing everything together, including hosting this telethon, and are hoping to watch the donations roll in as well as the men. All are welcome, but come on. It’s for a cause. To find men that will be with Kitty and Trixie in THAT way because it just hasn’t happened yet and they need it to happen like now because they aren’t getting any younger. Also to give toys to boys and real people with wishes and dreams. Remember?

So donate your husbands, pets, wallets – we mean, toys – and join The Mister Sisters, one telephone and a cast of their B-List celebrity friends for a dazzling night of purpose, hope and unclear motives.

This show will contain adult language and/or situations. Seating will be assigned by ArtsQuest staff upon arrival into the showroom. Anyone coming in between the ages of 13 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No child 12 or under will be admitted. Christy Devlin

Actor, comedian and improviser, Christy Devlin, is really quite funny. She’s a member of the improv team, Staycation, as well as the improv duo, Shatwood, and the character duo, The Mister Sisters. Christy also performs in a ton of comedy shows at SteelStacks, such as ValleyWeird Squares, The Nightly News at 8:05 and Improvised Murder Mystery. When she’s not performing or instructing adults on how to pretend and make things up, Christy tries to be an adult herself. She is the mother of two dazzling, young children, Oliver and Harper, and teaches Drama at a private elementary school.

Erica Sylvester

Erica Sylvester is an improvisor who lives in NJ, but wishes she lived in Bethlehem, so if anyone has a free house they want to give her, she’s open to your gift. She is a member of the improv team Synced Up and comedy duo The Mister Sisters. In her free time you might see her laying around like the slovenly marshmallow woman that she really is, or trying to coax a stray cat into her arms so she can give it all the love.

Matthew Asti

Matthew Asti is a comedian, pianist, and vocalist in the Lehigh Valley. He teaches voice at The Pennsylvania Youth Theatre, serves as musical director for the award winning Philadelphia Funk Authority, and is a host/coordinator for Cold Fusion Comedy. He can be seen performing all over the tri-state area and accompanying the comedy duo, “The Mister Sisters”.
