Movement Moves Media, a nonprofit organization, in collaboration with Tribes & Vibes have organized a high energy spoken word and performance poetry event featuring Baby The Poet. The lineup will consist of emerging and established poets as well as other performing arts talent curated from our local community. Pitting wits against words in differing measures is comedian Dan Gonzalez who will also grace us with a performance. Also, as part of the collective is Clayton Reilly alongside his live band to personalize the ambiance of the evening.
Originally from Brooklyn, Baby The Poet is a spoken word artist that is dedicated to sharing her world views and truths to any audience she comes across.
Through her rhyme schemes and edgy delivery she sheds light on topics such as society issues, self empowerment, self consciousness, lgbtq issues and love.
With grace and humility Baby approaches every stage knowing she has a gift, but allows her performance and energy to do the speaking for itself.
