Craig Thatcher is able to “channel” the guitar style of Jimi Hendrix so eerily accurately, it’s almost as if he is possessed by the Voodoo Child’s soulful, psychedelic spirit. Together, with the perfectly sounding bass accompaniment of Wayde Leonard and the dynamically powerful, jazz influenced drum style of Don Plowman, the Craig Thatcher Trio recreates the musical sounds and colors of the original Jimi Hendrix Experience so closely, one would think one was listening to the original JHE. This show is a musical tribute to the finest electric guitarist of the 20th century…and beyond!
