Movement Moves Media, a local 501(c)(3) founded in 2018, is proud to host the first “Arts, Music & Action” along with ArtsQuest and the Levitt Pavilion on Saturday September 19, 2020 from 3-7 pm. We will be featuring local acts from various genres such as: Space Kamp, Trouble City All-Stars, Mako Swing, dance crews, spoken word and special guest speakers like Vic LaBoy, Justan Parker, Arthur Benson II, Yamelisa Taveras, and Norberto Dominguez.

Arts, Music and Action will be hosted by J Capitol P, BezMusiq will be the DJ and artist Max Meano will be doing a LIVE graffiti wall. WeL!veTV’s Tim Foster will be showing his first short documentary BikeLife_610 which was nominated this year at the International Short Film Festival in Lancaster.

Various vendors from the arts and cannabis community will be there supporting each other with GOOD VIBES, GOOD TIMES and all while practicing safe social distancing and wearing masks at all times unless eating or drinking.

HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

For the health and safety of all guests, staff, and volunteers – and in accordance with the guidelines of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the CDC – all guests are required to adhere to the following health and safety guidelines while dining with us:

  • Please self-monitor your personal health and stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms. In case you haven’t already committed them to memory (is that just us who did that?), symptoms include but are not limited to fever/chills, persistent cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea/vomiting/diarrhea (CDC symptoms).
  • If you begin to feel unwell during your visit, please remove yourself immediately.
  • Maintain social distancing of 6’ from people outside your party at all times.
  • Masks are required to be worn at all times.
  • Any patron not adhering to these policies will be asked to put their mask on or leave the premises.

Movement Moves Media is 100% volunteer-based nonprofit organization. Movement Moves fundraising efforts go to programs that fulfill our mission of finding solutions for at-risk young people, supporting the homeless community and reducing gun violence.

We mentor young local artists and connect them to resources to help them achieve their goals. In just a few years of being in operation, we helped hundreds of young local artists. With SUPPORT FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU, we hope to continue our good work in the community for many years to come!!!
