Pigeon City: Greatest Hits

Featuring a collection of live performances and video segments, “Pigeon City: Greatest Hits” will take you back on a hilarious journey of our favorite comedy sketches from our past three shows. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you’ll wonder how the writers haven’t been arrested on indecency charges.

Written by J.J. Ellis and Roya Hamadani
Directed by Jiah Peck

Roya Hamadani

Roya Hamadani is a Lehigh Valley native who flew the coop to Massachusetts where she continues to do stand up and produce sketch comedy. She wrote and directed the sketch Skweezy-Moosh, which featured her wildly jumping around in women’s shapewear, and was included in the 2022 Vermont Comedy Festival. Her favorite color is seafoam green.

J.J. Ellis

J.J. Ellis is a writer who has been a part of comedic entities “Sketchlehem,” “Lexington Compost,” “Booger Sugar,” and numerous other iterations of some of Pigeon City’s most twisted comic minds. For years, he also found himself on stages all over the Tri-State area, including various locations of the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York and numerous Del Close Marathons as a part of the improv troupe 4 AM In Thailand.

He is the source of nonsense behind The Lesser of Two Equals, which lives on Youtube, Twitter and Facebook with hundreds of videos and thousands of comedic observations (so far!).

Unrelated to comedy, J.J. has hosted Decent Exposure Radio on WXLV every Friday night since 2007. He has also conducted interviews with almost all of his favorite bands over the last dozen years, or so.

If he tends to be quiet in person, it’s probably because he is dreaming up another sketch for your enjoyment.

Jeremiah “Jiah” Peck

Jeremiah “Jiah” Peck is a Bethlehem-based filmmaker who has regularly produced live comedy, independent movies and TV pilots since 2004. He’s trained with UCB and Steelstacks, and is a founding member of the sketch comedy team Pigeon City. He directed & co-wrote “Sketchlehem”, has performed at NYC Sketchfest with Challengers of the Well-Known, written/performed in “The Nightly News by Staycation”, “A Different Perspective”, and “Skits & Dragons: A Game of Thrones Comedy Show”. He’s a co-host of the “Amusing Ourselves to Death” podcast, where you can hear his opinions on movies and flavors of seltzer.
