Dubbing themselves after the musical notes that fall outside of a key signature, The Accidentals recorded and released their first independent album in 2012. Their original songs revealed a band with wide-ranging influences—from classical and jazz to bluegrass, country and alt-rock —but always true to their orchestral roots. To date, The Accidentals have performed more than a thousand live shows, arranged pieces for an opera/dance production and shared the stage with such acclaimed acts as Joan Baez, Brandi Carlisle, Martin Sexton and more.
