Deanna Bogart is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist and multifaceted musician who plays best outside the lines—or in this case, outside of genre. Her unique brand of adventurous and original “blusion”—a mix of boogie-woogie, contemporary blues, country and jazz—has garnered her numerous accolades, including Blues Music Awards for Horn Instrumentalist of the Year and more than 20 Wammies (a Washington, D.C.-based award).
