Cooking with St. Nick

We’ve paired St. Nick up with our friends at Levy Restaurants to show you how to make some of his favorite breakfast and lunch foods broadcast live via Zoom! Join us by registering at the link below for any and all of the four sessions, each of which contains the ingredients you’ll need to follow along with St. Nick and Chefs Shawn and Julie as they make yummy holiday favorites along with you.
You’ll of course have a chance to send any question you like to St. Nick via the Zoom chat throughout the show, which will last 30-45 minutes. Even if you’d like to use this time to let him know what you’d like for Christmas, that works – he’ll get that message up to his good friend Santa Claus up at the North Pole!
The Zoom link for each session will be sent in the half hour before the session is slated to start.
Session 3 – Grammy Fortun’s Chocolate Chip Cookies with Chef Shawn
Ingredients needed:
2?¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups milk chocolate chip morsels
