This live staged reading of two Golden Girls episodes features four of the Lehigh Valley’s favorite drag queens, all returning to reprise their roles from A Golden Girls Drag Christmas, The Hurricane of ‘91, Brother’s Homecoming, and 2022’s Good Cop, Bad Nun.

A Golden Girls Drag Show: What A Web We Weave… is a staged reading of Season 5’s “Triple Play” and Season 3’s “My Brother, My Father”
In “Triple Play” Blanche has hatched yet another scheme to meet men through dubious means, Rose doesn’t get the approval from Miles’ daughter she had hoped for, and Sophia is rolling in cash from a Social Security error.
In “My Brother, My Father” Sophia’s priest brother visits, forcing Dorothy and Stan to act as if they’re still married, and Rose and Blanche get cast in a production of The Sound of Music.
This staged reading will feature costumes, props, and all the things normally expected of a staged show. The actors will also have their scripts in hand.
This show will contain adult language and/or situations. Seating will be assigned by ArtsQuest staff upon arrival into the showroom. Anyone coming in between the ages of 13 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No child 12 or under will be admitted.
